Return Policy

We sell replacement batteries and adapters where compatibility matters. If a product is not compatible, we will help you exchange or return it — but you must follow the rules below.

Eligible returns

• Request within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, with original packaging.
• We may ask for photos of the label/connector to confirm compatibility.

Not eligible

• Physical damage or tampering.
• Incorrect order due to customer providing the wrong model/part number (we can still help with exchange).
• Used batteries/adapters.
